Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: September 19, 2026

Welcome to The Pumping Clinic. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of The Pumping Clinic website, online forms, appointment-booking services, educational materials, consultations, communications, and related services.

By accessing our website, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About The Pumping Clinic

The Pumping Clinic provides education, guidance, and individualized support related to breast pumping, milk production, pumping routines, flange fit, pumping comfort, exclusive pumping, returning to work while pumping, milk storage, and related feeding goals.

Services may be provided virtually or through other available formats.

The Pumping Clinic does not guarantee any particular milk-supply, feeding, pumping, medical, or health outcome.

2. Educational and Support Services

Information provided through this website, our educational materials, emails, community resources, or consultations is intended for informational and supportive purposes.

Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or care from your physician, pediatrician, midwife, IBCLC, or other licensed healthcare provider when such care is appropriate.

You should seek qualified medical care for symptoms or concerns requiring diagnosis or treatment.

If you or your baby are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

3. Eligibility and Insurance Coverage

Some services offered by The Pumping Clinic may be eligible for coverage through Medicaid, commercial insurance, another payer, or a healthcare benefit.

Submitting your insurance information, completing an eligibility form, or requesting an appointment does not guarantee coverage.

Coverage is subject to factors including:

active eligibility;

plan benefits;

provider participation;

authorization requirements;

payer policies;

service limitations; and

information provided by the insurer.

We may verify coverage before confirming an appointment.

If your insurance or benefit does not cover the requested service, we may offer you a private-pay option when available.

You remain responsible for any amounts that you expressly agree to pay privately.

4. Private-Pay Appointments

Certain services may be offered on a private-pay basis.

The applicable price will be disclosed before payment is collected.

Promotional, introductory, or new-client pricing may differ from our standard rate and may be changed or discontinued for future bookings.

A promotional price applies only to the appointment or offer for which it is specifically presented unless otherwise stated.

5. Booking and Appointment Requests

Submitting an appointment request does not necessarily mean your appointment is confirmed.

An appointment may remain pending while we verify insurance coverage, eligibility, availability, or other information.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, insurance, and scheduling information.

Confirmation will be provided through the booking system, email, SMS, or another communication method used by The Pumping Clinic.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Appointment cancellation and rescheduling terms displayed during booking are incorporated into these Terms.

If a specific cancellation policy is not displayed during booking, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Private-pay fees may be non-refundable for missed appointments or late cancellations if disclosed to you before booking.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charge for the service selected.

The Pumping Clinic does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own website when payment is processed through a third-party processor.

Any refund eligibility will be determined by the specific service purchased, the cancellation policy presented at checkout, and applicable law.

8. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

This may include:

your name;

contact information;

pregnancy or postpartum information;

baby's date of birth;

pumping history;

feeding goals;

pumping output;

pump information;

medications or supplements;

relevant health information;

insurance company;

Medicaid or member identification information; and

other information reasonably needed to provide or bill for services.

You are responsible for updating us if information materially changes.

9. Communications

By providing your email address or phone number and opting into communications, you may receive messages concerning:

Transactional communications necessary to administer an appointment or service may still be sent where permitted.

10. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials, screenshots, stories, pumping-output examples, photographs, and other client experiences displayed on our website or advertising represent the experiences of the individuals involved.

They are not guarantees that another client will experience the same outcome.

Individual pumping and milk-production outcomes vary based on numerous factors.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content created by The Pumping Clinic, including written materials, videos, worksheets, graphics, courses, guides, branding, and educational resources, is owned by or licensed to The Pumping Clinic.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

13. Website Availability

We attempt to maintain reliable access to our website and booking systems, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue portions of the website or services at any time.

14. No Guarantee of Results

Pumping outcomes differ substantially from person to person.

Nothing on this website or provided during a consultation should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will:

reach a particular milk output;

establish a particular milk supply;

exclusively provide breast milk;

eliminate pumping discomfort;

obtain insurance reimbursement; or

achieve another specific result.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Pumping Clinic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes to These Terms
